No. Fidelect opens in any browser on a phone or a computer. The iPhone and Android apps are on their way.

When a place runs a loyalty programme, points are added when you pay, with nothing to stamp or scan. Each place sets how many you earn.

When a reward is ready, it shows on the place's card. Ask for it when you pay and the place takes it off your bill.

Each place sets its own rules. Fidelect shows when your points expire, well before they do, and earning more keeps them alive.

Yes. Add a place's card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and it updates itself after each visit.

Open the place, choose a service and a time and, if you like, who you'd like to see. Some places confirm straight away, others confirm your request.

Where the place offers it, yes. You can follow your order until it's ready or on its way.

At clinics, yes: when a clinic lets you look after someone, such as a child, you can ask for appointments for them.

Updates about your own bookings and orders always reach you. News and offers only come from the places you've said yes to.

Go to Account, then Messages, and turn offers off for any place. You can also reply STOP to a text or WhatsApp message.

Only what you share with that place: your name, how to reach you and your visits there. It never sees what you do at other places.

With your email and a password, a passkey, or your Google or Apple account. You can also turn on two-step sign-in.

Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and we'll email you a link to set a new one.

No. Fidelect works in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. A camera is enough to scan your clients' cards.

Create your business, choose your business type, add your services or products and your hours, and you're ready to welcome clients.

Yes. Import your client list from a spreadsheet. Possible duplicates are flagged, and clients you already have are left as they are.

Yes. Give everyone a role. Each role says what its people can see and do, and only at the locations they work at.
