Every business has regulars: the client who comes every month, the family that orders every Friday. Levels are how you thank them without lowering your prices for everyone.
How levels work
Every client starts at the first level. They move up as their paid visits add up over twelve months, for example 8 paid visits a year for the second level and 20 for the third. If they come less, they move back down, gently.
What a level can bring
- Faster points: the same rules, more points per visit.
- A saving on every bill: 5% or 10% off, at the counter, automatically.
- A perk you choose: a priority slot, a free extra, a better table.
Keep the steps few and clear
Three levels are plenty. Give each a name that fits your place, and make the gap between them something a regular can actually reach. A level nobody gets to is a level nobody cares about.
Friends bring friends
Your regulars are also your best advertising. Give a happy client a referral code: when their friend pays a first visit, both earn the points you set.
Clients see their level and what's next in the app, so the programme explains itself.
