Many restaurants already have drivers they trust. Fidelect gives them a proper tool: one portal for their deliveries, and for you, every order followed from the kitchen to the door.
Invite your drivers
From the restaurant, create an invite link for the branches a driver works at and send it by WhatsApp, text or email, or show a QR code. The driver signs in, adds their name, phone and vehicle, and accepts. A driver can work for several restaurants with the same account.
Set your zones and fees
Choose where you deliver and what it costs, branch by branch. Guests see the fee and a promised time before they order.
Follow every delivery
- Drivers go online when they start and choose where they'll deliver.
- Each delivery has its steps and a map, from the pickup to the door.
- At the door, the driver confirms with the guest's code, or adds a photo of the handover.
- If something goes wrong, the driver says why and returns the order to you, step by step.
Cash, counted the same on both sides
When guests pay at the door, the portal keeps the cash each driver holds, and the restaurant sees the same numbers when it's handed over.
Privacy for everyone
A driver's location is only shared while they're online. After pickup, guests see the driver's first name, photo and vehicle, never their phone or plate.
